Twinbrook is located at the convergence of the Highlands, Hikes Point and St. Matthews. Our facility is easily accessible from all parts of Louisville due to its proximity to Interstate 64, which is less than a mile north at the Cannons Lane exit, and the Watterson Expressway. Twinbrook is in the northeast quadrant of the Watterson Expressway and Taylorsville Road interchange near the Bowman Field Airport. We are located adjacent to Seneca Place Nursing Facility.

Baptist Health Louisville – formerly known as Baptist Hospital East – and Norton Women and Children’s Hospital – formerly known as Norton Suburban Hospital – are just down the street from Twinbrook, and the downtown hospitals are easily accessible in less than 10 minutes via Interstate 64.
