Our Apartments
Twinbrook Assisted Living’s facility consists of 60 apartments on two floors served by two elevators. Sixteen apartments are larger one-bedroom apartments, and 44 apartments are studio apartments. Our One-Bedroom apartments provide approximately 525 square feet of space which includes a living room area, a kitchenette area, a bedroom, a walk-in closet, and a private bath with a walk-in shower. Our Studio apartments provide approximately 375 square feet of space which includes a kitchenette, a private bath with a walk-in shower, two closets, and one main room which is a combination living room/bedroom. All of our apartments have granite countertops in the kitchen and the bathroom. Additionally, all apartments are furnished with apartment-sized, stainless-steel refrigerators and stainless-steel microwaves. Further, all of our apartments have sliding glass doors which open out onto an outdoor porch. In addition to the space in each of our apartments, our residents enjoy our common areas which include three spacious living rooms (with fireplaces in two of them), a laundry room with free washers and dryers, a hair salon, a sunporch, and a Chapel with Catholic Mass or Catholic Service several days each week. With this number of apartments, we offer a more intimate facility than other some other assisted living communities with hundreds of units.

What is the cost?
Twinbrook Assisted Living works hard to keep our rental rates reasonable for our residents. Our basic monthly rates depend upon the type of apartment chosen and upon the results of the functional needs assessment which is done. If it is determined that a person needs to be reminded to take medications during each day, then there will be an additional charge for such reminders. Our residents may also wish to have their personal laundry done by our staff, and in such a case there will be an additional charge for the personal laundry. Twinbrook does not charge an admission fee of any sort. You can reserve an apartment with a simple $500 deposit – which is fully credited to your first month’s rent upon approval. Contact us to learn more about our pricing structure, and to see how modern, comfortable senior living can also be affordable. Some residents may have long-term care insurance or Veterans Benefits which may help pay for Twinbrook’s services.
What transportation is available?
Twinbrook has a handicapped-accessible, fifteen passenger bus which transports residents to local doctor appointments . We also take residents to shop at Kroger and other stores so that they can buy essential items. Our bus also provides transportation for scheduled social activities planned by our activities department.
